Reference: Broker Portal Permissions
Permissions in the Broker Portal determine what actions a user can perform. They are set when a user is created—either by the SLA or by another Broker Portal user with sufficient permission.
Brokers are granted all permissions by default. Associated users are by default granted the permissions marked with an asterisk (*).
General
View Home* – Default for all users. Allows viewing the Landing Screen of the Broker Portal.
Filing Management
View Filing Module* – Allows users to see the Filing Panel on the Dashboard, and access the Filings module.
File Affidavit* (e-Filing) – User can submit an e-Filing to the SLA.
Edit Affidavit (e-Filing) – User can edit draft filings and respond to flagged filings.
Financial Management
View Financials Module* – Allows users to see the Invoice and Fees and Taxes panels on the Dashboard, and access the Financial module.
View Invoices* – User can open invoices and view the details of an invoice.
Pay Invoices* – User can pay invoices using already configured payment options.
View Payment Method* – User can view the payment methods configured for that broker account.
Change Payment Method – User can change the default payment method for that broker account.
User Management
View Administration Module* – Allows users to access the Administration module.
View Associated Users* – User can view the list of users associated with the same broker account(s).
Add/Manage Associated User – User can add new users to be associated with the same broker account(s) and manage permissions.
Deactivate Associated User – User can deactivate the login access for users associated with the same broker account(s).
