Guide to Activating Your Broker Portal Account
Follow these steps to activate your account and access the new Idaho SLA Broker Portal.
Open Your Activation Email
The activation email will come from no-reply@idahosurplusline.org.
Open the email and click the link to access the activation screen.
Create Your Login Credentials
Your username is your email address.
Enter and confirm a password of your choice.
Notification Preferences
Select your preferences for SLA communications.
By default, all users receive SLA bulletins.
If you are not a broker, you may unsubscribe later through your profile in the Broker Portal.
Confirm Your Account Email
After submitting, you will receive a confirmation code from servicedesk@idahosurplusline.org.
Enter the code on the activation screen and click Confirm.
Once confirmed, your account is activated, and you will be redirected to the login screen.
Log In and Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication
Enter your username and password to log in.
You will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Use your mobile device’s camera to scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
Alternatively, manually enter the key displayed below the QR code into the app.
Follow the instructions in your authenticator app to generate a verification code.
Enter the code to complete setup.
