Troubleshooting: New or Lost MFA DeviceI

 Problem

User no longer has access to the device used to setup MFA.

 Solution

Use the “lost device” option

  1. Log into the portal with your username and password.

  2. On the MFA authentication screen, select the link, “Lost access to your authenticator app?”

  3. Check your email for the one-time code and return to the login screen using the link on the screen.

  4. Login again, and then enter the one-time code sent to your email. You will now have the ability set up a new device for MFA authentication.

You will still need to use an authenticator application on your mobile device to setup MFA.
